When you schedule a bodywork session with me, you’re getting more than just those 60 to 90 minutes: you’re getting a path forward to finally feeling free in your body.

With Myofascial Release techniques (as taught by John Barnes) and influences of Ayurveda, CranialSacral Therapy, Reiki, and Yoga, we will work together to guide your body, mind and spirit to move through stuck physical and emotional patterns; allowing you the space to re-pattern your being to live the way you’d like!

COVID-19 Precautions and Protocol as of April 2023:

-Practitioner and client now have the option to wear masks in session. If you would like me (the practitioner) to be masked for your session, please do let me know. I have absolutely no qualms with masking and want to make sure you are as at-ease as possible for your session. If you are wearing a mask yourself, I’ll be sure to ask if you’d like me to wear one as well.

-Industry-standard sanitization practices always in place (full sanitation of room and equipment between clients).

-Ongoing air filtration of treatment room.
