Hi there, I’m Elsa— a Chicago-based certified Myofascial Release practitioner, licensed massage therapist & yoga teacher. My objective is to improve your quality of life with my work because I truly believe we are all better to ourselves and one another when we feel free in our bodies.
My approach is such that I meet you as an individual where you are each new day. I intend to guide you on the beautiful, messy journey of healing yourself using the hands-on techniques that have worked for myself and countless others, which I continue to study and evolve. Most of all, it is my intention to give you tools to help heal yourself.
A bit about me? I grew up in Wheaton, IL, but part of my heart lives in New Zealand. Among many life things, I love mountains, clowning, tea with honey and silence.
I received my:
Myofascial Release training from John F. Barnes (ongoing)
Massage Therapy certificate from The New School for Massage in Chicago
200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from The Chicago School of Yoga
MFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University
